Set in a 15th-century building in the San Frediano district of Florence, Casa per Ferie Santo Nome di Gesú offers simple rooms, a few steps from Brancacci Chapel. Everything was perfect, service, room, breakfast, cleanliness and location. The building is old but charming and there were plugs all around the room. Beds were comfy and the gardin was very beautiful.

Located in Florence, 1.1 km from Strozzi Palace and 1 km from the centre, Affittacamere Il Chiostrino Guest House provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a terrace. I booked this guest house for my son who was travelling alone. He said the location was the best he’d had on his Europe travels, the bed was very comfy and loved that it even had Netflix. It was such an easy walk to everything, he didn’t have to get a single bus, train or taxi during his stay. And it was in an historic area not far down the road from the Arno river with its famous bridges. The host, Marco, is a legend, and went over and above in his communication to ensure my son had a good stay and got in and out ok, and recommending great places to eat and visit. Highly recommended.

Featuring a garden, FLORENCE FIORINO APARTMENT is a apartment located in a historic building in the centre of Florence, close to Strozzi Palace. Asunto vastasi hyvin siitä annettua kuvausta, oikeastaan asunto oli vielä parempikin. Sijainti on erinomainen, sopivasti sivussa ruuhkaisesta turistialueesta. Täältä on juuri sopiva kävelymatka kaikkiin tärkeisiin nähtävyyksiin, museoihin ja muihin kiinnostaviin kohteisiin. Lähellä on useita erinomaisia ravintoloita, lisäksi vierestä löytyy todella erinomainen aamiaiskahvila, jossa on sydämellinen palvelu. Asunto oli todella siisti ja viihtyisä ja mikä tärkeintä maaliskuussa Italiassa matkustettaessa, huoneiston sai mukavasti lämpimäksi kaupungilta palatessa, koska asunnossa on kaksi ilmalämpöpumppua. Italialaiseen tapaan asunnoissa käytetään tietenkin kenkiä sisälläkin, koska lattiat ovat viileät talviaikaan. Joten, talviaikaan kannattaa ottaa matkalaukkuun mukaan jotkin sisäjalkineet tai lämpimät sukat, jos ulkokengillä kävely sisällä tuntuu epämukavalta, maassa maan tavalla. Kylpyhuone oli todella siisti ja suihku oli erittäin hyvä, lämmintä vettä riitti oikein hyvin. Seuraavalla kerralla tulemme varmasti samaan asuntoon uudelleen, jos vain mahdollista.

Situated in the centre of Florence, DRAGO d' ORO SUITES features accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. The air-conditioned accommodation is less than 1 km from Strozzi Palace. Location was excellent, in a quieter location but still close to the main sites around town, great cafe around the corner for breakfast and plenty of bars and restaurants within 2 blocks for dinner.

Super clean and cozy, with everything you might need. At a short walking distance from the most iconic places in Florence and right next to the best gelateria in the city - definitely a must try! Paola was very helpful and kind, giving us great tips! Would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend it.
