Beautiful and tranquil location with a stunning and immaculately clean pool. Very private and relaxed with very comfortable accommodation. The bathrooms were great and the kitchenette was perfect for a 1 week stay. Bonnieux is a gem of a town with everything you need close by, although you will need a car / electric bike to get there.
Dating from the 18th century, Le Mas Les Eydins is located amongst vineyards and lavender fields at the foot of the Petit Luberon, within 5 km of Bonnieux, Lacoste and Roussillon.

Everything. It was a lovely drive to the accommodation, there was plenty of parking, the host made us feel very welcome and showed us to our room. The room was spacious with terracotta tile flooring and decorated nicely. We ate in the restaurant that evening and enjoyed a delicious ‘home’ cooked meal. Although there were lots of guests, we heard no noise all night. It was also lovely to have a patio to enjoy the magnificent view.

Bonniuex is the most beautiful and lively of all the towns in this region. There is so much to explore, and so much history to see… we went to other towns and were always glad that we stayed in Bonnieux and only day tripled to the others… don’t look anywhere else to stay and if you do, make sure you spend a day in Bonniuex.

Loved our stay in Bonnieux... it was a lovely friendly village with all amenities but not too busy. Good markets and some nice shops and ,restaurants. We hired bikes one day and rode around the Luberon. It was a great base for visiting other towns in Provence including Lourmarin, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, St Remy/Les Baux-de-Provence. Easy parking on the edge of town and in town.Gorgeous views from everywhere.

Bonnieux is a lovely typical town in Provence up on a hill with stunning views. Get up to the old church for sunset. Amazing. St Andre best restaurant in town and Bonnieux Coiff great hairdresser - lovely kind staff who make you feel at ease. Rooftop bar bit odd with big security on the door- was a bit out of keeping for a pizza place? Roads narrow and busy so try not to drive. Amazing great wineries to visit nearby and Lourmarin Friday market a must see. Lovely.

Bonnieux has lots of great restaurants (L'arome, Le Fornil, Un petit coin) and a few decent walks. You can walk to and from the much quieter village of Lacoste easily. It's an excellent base for exploring the villages of the Luberon. The market was ok but there are much better markets in Luberon.

It’s a cute place but hasn’t a real centre to the village as the road winds ever upwards through it. The Hotel Panoramique Cesar is one of the first you come to so itself seemed like the centre of town. The church stands out a little bit downhill as one looks to Lacoste and helps shape a wonderful view. Looking up to Bonnieux itself from the valley below is also wonderful.

This was not our first visit.
This was not our first visit.
Bonnieux is one of the most beautiful towns in the Luberon.
It also has the best restaurants.
That is why staying in town in walking distance is perfect.
Visit the old and new church.
The views are amazing from so many angles..
And the traveling fish truck comes on Wednesday.
The perfect small hotel in Provence! The gardens and pool were a really lovely sanctuary, great views from the breakfast room, easy free parking next to the hotel (not to be underestimated in Provence), a really useful shared kitchen for the guests to use, a very comfortable bed, great breakfast including at least two freshly make cakes each day! The hotel was really well run, relaxed, clean, well-situated and nicely furnished. It suited me perfectly and I was so happy to have booked it. I recommend it whole-heartedly.
such a cute little hotel! we absolutely loved our stay in Bonnieux. great view over the hills from our room and bathroom. guests have access to a communal kitchen and a beautiful garden with small pool. separate towels for the pool provided. the garden was perfect for enjoying some wine and cheese before dinner, great landscaping. we were also located right next to a bunch of restaurants. the staff was very kind and communicated with us very easily before arrival. very large rooms!
Very easy place to reach by car, with a few small treats awaiting us on arrival! 💕 A car is necessary for exploring the region, but the location at the heart of the Luberon region was perfect for us. We also walked to the town for dinner twice and it was not too long distance for our 7 and 10-year-old children. The terrace and swimming pool were nice, though a bit cold in mid-October as expected. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time in Bonnieux.
Charming studio with a small and private balcony overlooking the forested hills across the valley. So nice to listen to the birdsong in the mornings and evenings. Very clean, nice seating area, comfortable bed, great shower. The kitchen was tiny but had everything I needed to make a few simple meals (plan to be in town for the Friday market). I loved staying here and wished I could have stayed longer. Thank you Véronique.
Beautiful setting just outside Bonnieux, the property has a lovely pool with outdoor kitchen in case you want to make your own meal. Many outdoor options for sitting and enjoying the view. Excellent, gourmet breakfasts with fresh croissants and other baked goods. Fresh fruits, fresh fruit juices and eggs made to order. The owners have created a dreamy home and are some of the loveliest people we’ve met in our travels.
Nice city (village), beautiful surrounding, amount of interesting locations in region (Camarque, Avignon, Arles, Ardeche, Pont du Gard, Aven d'Orgnac, ...)
Nice and well equipped apartment. New and well equipped kitchen (only dishwasher is not present), otherwise everything is there. A lot of dishes, glasses, ...
Very clean house.
A few fans appreciated in hot days.
Free parking nearby.
Information book.
We had a lovely week staying in this holiday home in Bonnieux. Very clean throughout & comfortable beds. Facilities were good & even though it is a small kitchenette we were able to cook up some good meals. Lovely views from the balcony. Location is fantastic, a short walk down to the village. Good communication with Valerie prior to check in was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.
Conveniently located in the center of Bonnieux, close to a parking.. and 5 min away from the market place. Nicely renovated and cozy 1-bedroom appartement with small yet full equipped kitchen; great when you need a break from eating out! Great hosts as well, flawless communication, good and meaningful information to get there abd enjoy the surroundings, easily reachable im case of need.
Our stay in L'Ecurie in Provence was amazing, we were positively surprised with Bonnieux (very cozy little city nearby), and we found our little apartment wonderful, it had everything we needed! Very comfy bed, bathroom and kitchen with appliances, and a cute little terrace that we enjoyed at night to look at stars, beautiful clear skies in Provence :)
We had a nice view from our bedroom and bathroom window. Breakfast was delicious with good spread. Enjoyed our time at the garden and swam in the pool. A very good respite in the hot afternoon. There were many restaurants close by and most have nice view. From Bonnieux we could drive to Rossillon and Lacoste easily. Enjoyed the peaceful and quiet stay.
There was no breakfast!
The setting was sooooo romantic! The grounds are gorgeous. The staff was very friendly when we met them but we only saw them once. The rest of the time we were alone on the property.
The weather was not warm enough to swim but the pool was beautiful.
Near Bonnieux but in the countryside on the edge of a vineyard.
This apartment truly is between wheat and lavender (and sunflowers) as the name says. It's very convenient for several of the Luberon villages, especially Bonnieux and Lacoste, but far enough away to avoid some of the bustle. Elodie and Nicolas were wonderful hosts (très gentils !) - I highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area!
Very friendly hosts, willing to have a chat with the guests. We receive great recommendations for places to visit in Provence that are not always included in the travel guides. Breakfast was excellent, a nice big table to share experiences with other guests. We had a great time.
Comfortable, simple room nicely decorated. Balcony with spectacular view. So nice to have coffee on it in the morning. Comfortable bed. Great location right in center of Bonnieux. Madame does all the cooking in the restaurant and dinner was excellent. Highly recommend.
The hotel is actually a beautiful inn, with facilities that allows one to store food and wine in a a kitchen available for guests. The breakfast is excellent and has great views! The on-site parking is a plus! Sophie and Cylene are wonderful hostesses!
A truly authentic medeaval experience over 4 floors certrally located in Bonnieux. And that comes with all the pro and cons as already decribed very well in other reviews here.
