The breakfast was not as delicious as the reviews said, but very average. The room is very large but the decoration and furniture are old and the bed is too soft. It feels like the mattress is just a sponge. If your room is on the first floor, that means it cannot open the windows and curtains for long periods of time because your window is facing the outdoor part of the hotel restaurant. Even if you don't see anyone walking by your window, there are still privacy and security concerns. Finally, I must admit that the location of the hotel is very good. You can see the powder tower right downstairs. There is a supermarket and public transportation next door, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the Old Town Square.
Hotel Atos is centrally located in the Lesser Town, next to the lush green Kinsky gardens, just a 10-minute walk from Prague Castle, the National Theatre and Wenceslas Square.
