Warm welcome. Clean comfortable rooms. Quiet. Access to large lounge area. Within walking distance of the race course (and a very lovely country pub!). Decent parking, WiFi. Convenience store at the end of the road. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Here are 7 advantages (see below for disadvantages): (1) Quiet neighbourhood. (2) Parking available on the street. (3) Clean room with private bathroom. (4) Comfortable bed (I slept well). (5) The room has a fridge, microwave, kettle and TV. (6) Self check-in worked well. (7) The staff responded quickly to my requests and were always very helpful, patient and friendly. Note: The name Sleep'n'eat can be confusing as breakfast is not offered or included.

The whole Staff were superb, especially concierge and reception! The location was perfect, we were opposite the visitors entrance at the castle.

A little worn-out but well complemented by the boutique charm and the fine small touches. The bed was very comfortable. Choices of soft and firm pillows.The coffee in the room was surprisingly good! The staff were wonderful and breakfast was huge.
