We were upgraded to adjacent double rooms - always improves fveedback!
Breakfast great first day, but the same croissants, now a bit stale, appeared second day.
Location in town centre with parking perfect.
Offering light, elegant bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms, The Old Custom House overlooks Padstow’s medieval harbor. Fresh, local fish and seafood are served in the stylish restaurant.

I stayed for a week. Excellent location, right in the middle of the old town, steps from the harbour and close to all the shops and restaurants. Of course there was some outside noise at night, but it was generally quiet by about 11.30pm. I could hear owls hooting one night! I was upgraded to a suite consisting of a lounge, bedroom and bathroom. It's located in an old building, so the floors were wonky, but plenty of room. I didn't meet the owners when I was there, I collected and dropped off the key at the PW1 bar downstairs, but it wasn't a problem. The small fridge and electric jug were appreciated.
Deerpark is located in Padstow, just 1.4 miles from Harlyn Bay Beach and 12 miles from Newquay Train Station. This bed and breakfast features accommodations with a balcony and free Wifi.

Very accommodating host, provided some refreshments on arrival. Really clean and comfortable apartment with Netflix, etc. Location near Padstow was great to explore town and nearby beaches. Family run cafe onsite was a bonus.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and the facilities excellent. The staff were very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. All in all, a wonderful experience.
St Petroc’s barns are just 10 minutes from the area commonly known as seven bays for seven days in the Wadebridge/Padstow area of Cornwall. The converted barns also feature free WiFi.

Hey Ric has it all! Comfortable apartment with parking. We loved it. Short walk into town past St Petroc church. Tesco not far away. We went to Wadebridge on the bus for a few hours. Pauline and husband very helpful.

Excellent pubs, restaurants like Cipelli’s Italian - fantastic Pizza ‘s and Rick Stein’s fish & chips were delicious. Ice creams served with clotted cream on top are delicious. Chough’s bakery sell awesome Cornish pasties and lovely cakes. Several independent Art/Craft and boutique shops and a beautiful view of Padstow Harbour.

Padstow was bustling and had a lovely holiday feel to it.
Padstow was bustling and had a lovely holiday feel to it. Very pricey and full of luxury shops and boutiques. Great array of restaurants and cafes to choose from. We really enjoyed pootling around it to be honest. It was low season so this might have helped.

Comfortable place. Plenty of shops and eateries.
Comfortable place. Plenty of shops and eateries. Atmospheric location with glorious beaches and countryside to explore. Sea air! As it was Christmas some places and shops closed on the day but we were told beforehand and made arrangements for ourselves. Padstow is a working fishing port in addition to a tourist hot spot. To be there when it was quiet nurtured the sense of times past before tourism sprang up.
Proper 'ansome place and the locals are brilliant as they should be living all year round in such an environment.

Padstow was fantastic.
Padstow was fantastic. Where I stayed was a total disappointment but actual Padstow was lovely. I’ve been many times and it’s a beautiful place. Extremely busy in the summer months, you can’t walk freely just constantly walking out of other peoples way and many dogs. The harbour is pretty, lots of lovely shops and places to eat. Always have to visit the Blue Wing gallery for some unique jewellery and to my favourite ice cream shop on the corner. Me and my husband adopted blue lobsters from the lobster hatchery a few years ago so that’s always a nice place to visit too and adopt some more. Parking however isn’t so fun, it’s a steep walk down from the car park or if you park in the streets. Would highly recommend a cycle or walk along the camel trail from Padstow to Wadebridge it’s beautiful!

We were lucky enough to be in Padstow in the day with the highest tide of the year (7mt) and unique weather conditions (5% of the year) - I loved the cosy atmosphere of the harbour area, the incredible fascinating tide cycle, changing the scenary of the Camel estuary from morning to evening. We enjoyed to walk through the South coastal path along the 7 bays/beaches trail for approax 19 km up and back. In the morning the tide was low, till afternoon and we could walk on the bed of the river, with this amazing sense of the nature power. The we walked on top of the clives, with incredible scenaries and got into the water of the Ocean , so transparent and clean. We also took a see wild boat trip to the ocean where we were apprached by dolphins in a calm flat ocean. Last but not least ... we cood find a seta at the Rick Stein restaurant for a marvellous seafood dinner. A memorable staying! I strongly recommend this place ... cannot just be sure of the weather thoug :-)

Lovely and lively town with great nearby beaches, lots of outdoor activities to offer (bike trails, boat tours, water sports, etc.). An absolute dog heaven! Great foodie experience if you love fish and seafood. Recommend Rick Stein's fish and chips restaurant and Deli, as well as Prawn on the Lawn (my personal favourite). We had an opportunity to dine at Paul Ainsworth's No. 6 and it was a fantastic experience with top professional staff and delicious food.
Parking can get tricky on sunny days and weekends!!
Spotless and comfortable room and friendly, welcoming host. The property is a good 10 minute walk downhill from the harbour in Padstow. This means it’s uphill on the way back which helps to burn some of the calories consumed in the excellent Padstow eateries! We ate at Rick Stein’s Seafood restaurant which was divine. We also highly recommend the Mussel Box and Bin Two (excellent gins and wines!). It’s essential to book restaurants in advance of your stay.
Great location with easy access to the shops and St George's Cove. There was a small patio, so on sunny days we were able to sit outside or dry swimming costumes! The kitchen was well stocked and supplied. The bathroom was a good size, especially for a family with kids. Next to the Spar for easy access to food top-ups. The lounge has plenty of space for 3 people. Although not brand new the place had been very well cleaned before we stayed.
This is a great little establishment on one of the main roads leading into Padstow Harbour. Close enough to stumble out of bed for Breakfast at Rick Stein's Cafe and far enough up to have some peace and quiet when the crowds get to be a bit much. The rooms are traditional and give a good sense of the way people have lived here for hundreds of years (with, of course, all the modern amenities and comforts).
Absolutely gorgeous property. Large bedrooms with comfy lounge and big kitchen. Walking around the farm, the renovations are noticeably well done! Location is close to Padstow, with easy access to Truro, Port Isaac, St Ives, coastal routes for the beaches (Trevone), and many other villages. Owners were very helpful and accommodating! We enjoyed being there and are already planning to return.
perfect fit what we wanted : visiting Padstow for the first time and the accommodation is a minute from the harbour. We had the attic room with views over the rooftops .
In the morning we walked a few yards to a pasty shop which sold coffee and croissants then sat on the harbour to eat them . Had a lovely meal at Rojanis very close by.
Super room in this old house and very quiet.
The property is lovely. Nice and clean and everything we needed was there. Location was perfect as we wanted to see as much of Cornwall as possible. Fantastic that it’s dog friendly as it’s so hard to find somewhere nice to stay that allows dogs. Nice little dog area where you can let them off to run securely too! Owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Can’t fault it!
I would recommend highly. The room was very comfortable overlooking the harbour. Complimentary gin and tonic in the room was a lovely surprise. It was very quiet and well located for access to Rick Stein's seafood restaurant down a flight of steps from the carpark. Also, perfect for exploring Padstow generally.
excellent location in central Padstow, with everything within a very short walk (we did not have to use the car once).
Very spacious for a family of 5 (3 teenagers) and dogs.
Apartment had everything we needed with a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, spacious living area and 2 bathrooms. Wi-Fi a bonus.
Beautiful Lodge very clean and spacious. Everything you need for a stay. Decent food at the on-site restaurant. Great location for Padstow nearby. Easy to get too. Quiet and good parking facility. Showers were great and bed really comfy.
The room was nice and clean.
The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The guy at the reception was kind enough helped to carry our big luggages.
Moreover, the location was wonderful. The hotel located right at the harbour.
best breakfast we have had in uk for along time. Good choices and fresh ingredients. Location in a very pretty village away from Padstow and Rock but very central to all never the less. Will recommend to family and friends.
excellent harbour front location, beautiful rooms, with fantastic in room facilities, staff were so amazing always on hand to help really made you feel as though you were a guest in their home rather than in a hotel….
Fabulous property in a great location. Easy to walk down to Padstow Harbour in around 10 mins. Property itself is extremely well furnished making it feel like a home from home, wouldn't hesitate to return!
Location was excellent very close to the harbour and in amongst all the shops. Car park very close too.
The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great too!
