It was amazing it was just what we were looking for. It was so cute and so peaceful. The staff were so accommodating and so kind they tried to help us as much as they could and gave us loads of information. The location was perfect just outside of the town but a very short walk. Amazing stay! Brilliant location, really close to main square but zero noise. Comfortable, clean rooms with great hot shower and aircon. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice!

The hotel is located only about 10 minutes walk from the really touristy party of Fira. However, as the hotel does not have sunset views it is much, much cheaper than some other hotels in Fira. The room was rather dated, but in an endearing way so it was not a problem. The staff at reception were helpful and the wi-fi worked fine. There was a swimming pool there, though I did not personally use it. To make up for not seeing the sunset, I saw a glorious sunrise from my hotel balcony instead. Aviation enthusiasts will enjoy distant views of landings and take-offs at Santorini Airport.

Beautiful vistas and elevated over Caldera with stunning sunsets and great views. Avoid the town during the day from 11.00am to 5.00pm to miss the crowds due to the cruise ships swamping the place.
I hired a scooter for two days at 40 euros but don't settle for first offer shop around as it made a 30 euro saving and haggle a bit to get a deal.

Cute town with lots of paths to explore, shops to go in, and restaurants to enjoy. Views were incredible and sunsets a must. Trip to the crater was fun. Hot springs aren't hot. Beaches were difficult to walk on. Would have liked to spend more time in Oia. Buses are comfortable but crowded.

We had a blast exploring the entire island.
We had a blast exploring the entire island. We came during their winter when temperatures were 55-59 F, and for the first few days, had little sunshine and lots of wind. We definitely needed our warm jackets, and bought gloves and a hat. However, the last few days were sunny and delightful. Best thing was, there were no crowds, anywhere, in January. We are photographers, and delighted in the photos everyone comes to Santorini to get, without having to work around the crowds. We rented a small Fiat Panda from Sixt, and it took us up the switchbacks to Ancient Thera, down to Akrotiri to the ruins, up to Oia and around the island to multiple small towns to explore and photograph. We found some "local" restaurants that were open and filled, and sampled wonderful Greek food. It was a wonderful time, and we would come again in January to avoid the crowds!

Santorini is such a wonderful island.
Santorini is such a wonderful island. And Fira is such a great place to stay given that it is centrally located between Akrotiri and Oia, and not too far from the airport. Weather was fantastic for November. We were only a few blocks from the bus station which has buses running to all parts of the island fairly frequently (helps to avoid taxis which tend to charge a bit much). The sunsets from both Fira and Oia were magical, as are the walks along the charming streets of both towns.

Santorini is no longer a relaxing vacation spot.
Santorini is no longer a relaxing vacation spot. Five cruise ships were in port and, therefore, pedestrian streets were so crowded in Fira and Oia that you could barely move. I visited in 2011, which was nice. Friends warned me not to return in 2023 because of crowding but I disregarded their advice. They were right. Santorini would be wise to strictly limit the number of cruise ships. If you go there, try to schedule your visit when there are no ships in port. The day we left there were no ships and strolling around was actually a pleasure. It's a beautiful island - but overcrowded.
The location was the best in Fira. Close to everything from restaurants to transportation. Views were Alwsome, Our advise, spend just a little more and get a balcony, you'll be glad you did . Breakfast was fantastic with the great staff especially SPYROS who greeted us every morning with a smile...
All our questions were answered and information was right up DIMITRIS alley. He knows the island very well and was a great asset to us. If your going to santorini give this place a hard look, Loved ITTTTTT.
ATlantis Hotel.
We loved this hotel. The staff has a great sense of humor, very welcoming and arranged our transfers very well. They took time to advice us what to do on Santorini. Too much for our 3 days :-)! The family room was very large and well equipped. Pool area just great. It's a nice walk uphill through the narrow streets of Fira to the city centre, appr 15 minutes. A minimarket (emphasis on 'mini') at 100m is convenient for water/bread/beer. We will definitely return at Alizea to follow up their advices!
"The hotel is beautiful from start to finish. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and amazing. It has everything you need for a few days in Santorini. Its location is perfect for getting around both on foot in Fira and for reaching other areas. It truly exceeded our expectations. Moreover, the staff's service is outstanding, always attentive to assist you with whatever you need, from transfers to breakfasts, and more. When we return to Santorini next time, we will definitely come back!"
From the beginning to the end of our stay, everything was fine. Every day we had towels changed and the room cleaned.
Special thanks to Edmund.
He was very nice and helpful. Our breakfast was great. We were full.
The center of Fira and bus station were located nearby. Cca 15-20 minute from hotel on foot.
The hotel’s location is in the beautiful street of Fira.
We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to visit Santorini.
Thanks for everything. 🤍
We had a great stay at the Porto Fira. Location. Location. Location. Breathtaking views from our suite. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was very accommodating, including making arrangements for us to get around Santorini and setting up dinner reservations. They took care of our luggage - both up and down the steps to the hotel. Room was spacious and easy to accommodate the three of us. Things were clean and well looked after. View from our hot tub was worth the price alone.
This hotel was perfect for our stay in Santorini. Lila, the hostess, was incredibly welcoming and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and in giving advice about what to do and where to go around Santorini. The hotel is in a great location very close to the central part of Fira, but on a quiet street away from the noise. We were able to take the local bus for any activity in a different part of the island. The room was huge and looked great.
Our stay in Divino Suites was a dream. Located so close to the centre of Fira while having the same amenities as luxury hotels that we saw along the caldera at extortionate prices. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond for us. We loved the sunbeds and jacuzzi, the fabulous bed and bathroom - fair to say we were very sad to leave! We would highly recommend Divino Suites for a beautiful time in Santorini!
Wonderful hotel, with an spectacular view of the Caldera in Fira, Santorini. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed an amazing view with a courtesy bottle of wine by the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was great, specially Eftichia, providing outstanding service!! The breakfast was wonderful, and served fresh every day in the terrace witn an amazing view of the Caldera.
The guy at the reception desk was very kind and friendly. He helped us with our luggage. Room was amazing and the small pool in the roof top very nice and pleasant to relax in there. I like that the hotel is located exactly in the center of Fira next to the bus station so you can take a bus anytime and go wherever you want in the island!! I would love to stay here when I visit Santorini again
Properly was amazing. Beautiful outdoor area with pool (which not many hotels in fira have). Comfy beds, close to centre and an amazing host who really made our time there. The transfers from the port at the start of our stay and then to the airport at the end went smoothly and were 100% worth the money. Would definitely stay here again if I went back to Santorini.
We booked a very last minute hotel in Santorini and had no idea what to expect but were so surprised with the location and impressed with the staff at Tzekos. Erasamus checked us in and gave us incredibly helpful information on how to do the hike from Fira to Oia that we wanted to do, and arranged for a tax to pick us up promptly when we needed.
We had an excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hospitality here was great- the hotel organized transport for us to/from the airport and ferry port, gave us lots of information on stuff to do in Santorini and also gave us coffee and wine. Would recommend and we would come back if we stay in Fira again.
the location is perfect because is very close to fira center ( walking distances about 3 minutes) and to the bus stop that take you to oia or another city yo want to visit
the room clean, king bed, balcony, a fridge
the social areas super nice
if a come back santorini ill go back kalisti hotel no doubt
Great location, only a short walk to get into Fira town. The hotel offered spacious rooms with an excellent shower and bed.
The pool area was great with a bar serving food and drinks.
Would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Santorini.
We celebrated our anniversary in Santorini and stayed at Casa di Magi! We met in santorini 10 years ago and were excited to return again. Giota and Margarita were the best hosts! The apartment was clean, close to Fira and had everything we needed.
The hotel was a short walk from the action in Fira. Also, the hotel has a car park which made it easy if you've hired a car as parking is difficult in Fira. Plus, we enjoyed the pool particularly because it can get hot and dusty in Santorini.
Gorgeous view from our patio!! Room very spacious, but the traditional cave type room can be somewhat dark. So many stairs to go up and down from room, but part of the experience of staying at hotels in Santorini. Breakfast was very good!!
The pool area! Quiet and just outside the busy part of Fira. Only a short walk into town with lots of great restaurants, bakeries and cafes nearby. The best gyro in Santorini is at the bottom of the driveway - Golden Grill Santorini.
The hotel is very close to Fira bus terminal and easy for daily transfer to Oia or beaches in Santorini. The room is small but for the price you are paying for, it is considered good. Safe area and quite in the evening.
