We loved that everything was nearby and that we could come and go whenever we needed. The landlady only speaks Croatian but the landlord was helpful and spoke English as well. Good for the price.
Boasting a garden and views of garden, Apartments Mali Raj Komiza is a recently renovated apartment located in Komiža, 400 metres from Zanicovo Beach.

Very spacious, comfortable and attractive apartment. The kitchen was great to cook in. Miroslav was super helpful, arranging for a scooter rental and providing advice on tours.

I don't know where to start.
From the moment we contacted Nicola about our stay, she was more than helpful. Nothing was too much to ask.
We arrived at a beautiful smile with a refreshing drink. The photos don't do justice to the place.
We felt it's like a home away from home.
I will recommend everyone this place.
Very central, and we felt that we did the right thing staying not in Vis but Komiza.
The ferry from Split is connected to the bus (we didn't know that). When you get off the ferry on your right, the bus stop, which will take you to the other side of the island where this amazing place is.
Thank you once more.
We stayed 4 nights and it wasn't enough. Loved it.

Very modern with nice appliances. Clothes washing machine was appreciated. Air conditioning worked well. Smart TV was appreciated for watching Netflix. Location is close to the port but quiet, safe and peaceful.

A quaint little town on the west side of Vis Island, reachable by bus. The pier is nice with great restaurants and lovey beaches nearby. Plenty of tourist agencies to organise your activities. I recommend Pizzeria Charlie in Komiza!! We went there to eat twice and the food, the staff, and the service were 10/10

Beautiful town, loved wandering the small alleys and greeting the local cats(which all looked healthy and taken care of!). Loved Lucica and Gusarica beaches right in the town and if you are up for a hike, Plaža Barjoska beach was lovely too. We didn't do any of the tours from Komiza as we were saving money, and still had a fantastic time. Enjoyed eating at Fabrika (they have plenty of Vegan and Vegetarian options) otherwise was a bit disappointed in the other restaurants. Easy to get to Vis port by bus to then catch the ferry to Split or Hvar (look out for dolphins!).

Fantastic little old town on a mysterious and stunning island of Vis. It is best for families and couples that want to chill and enjoy many small beaches, few bars and few restaurants. It is also great for nature lovers as there are many hiking opportunities, nudist beaches, biking trails, diving, and so on.

Very nice place for holiday, nice restaurants.
Very nice place for holiday, nice restaurants. I recommend lunch at Konoba Koluna. Try komiška pogača (traditional fast food dish) at Tajer. Try nice traditional wine - Plavac or Vugava. Also recommend Amesboat trip to the Biševo island and climbing to the Hum peak.

I have been going to Komiza for 20+ years of and on as a child and now with my own kids. I would highly recommend it to anyone , specially families with kids. It has great beaches. It can get crowded because it has now been discovered by the world ( Mama Mia movie ) and everyone wants to vacation here.
The only thing that bothered me was the large yats that are parked everywhere which does take away from the feeling you are in a small fishing village in Dalmatia and makes it more of a vacation "hot spot" .
At the end, the beauty of Komiza makes it all worthwhile.

We were there in early June before high season.
We were there in early June before high season. It was still quiet in comparison to mid summer according to the locals. We liked it that way!
We ate at Konoba Barba on our last night and it was delicious.
The ice cream at Charlie is delicious and the people generally are very, very friendly!
Great location by the center of Komiža town with a small shop and bakery just around the corner and main supermarket just 300m away. Bus stop also very close. The house has been obviously recently remodeled and looks very good. I believe it's still work in progress, since the place can still use some additional shelves especially in the bathroom and a light above the kitchen corner for sure. The host was exceptionally helpful - when asked about coffee machine he simply had it delivered.
If you happen to visit Komiza, this should be a place to be, as you wake up and fall asleep with the sound of waves and a beautiful view of Biševo. Plus, everything you want to do or see during the visit is just a walk away. If you know Komiza and love it, this place will capture your heart forever, because it has a feeling of the essence of this picturesque fisherman's town. It has been recently renovated and Dino, the host, was very kind and helpful.
Communication on how to get there after getting the bus from Vis Town was super easy and not too far! Located a very short walk away from the main bay of Komiza (the better way) as you have a couple of quieter beaches (pebbles like all of croatia) and some private sunbeds provided. Hosts absolutely lovely and very helpful throughout. Very clean room and lounge area. We hired scooters in the town and went around the island was great.
I travel a lot and have stayed in many different apartments. This is one of my favorites. We planned to stay one night, but it was so nice that we postponed our meeting on land and stayed two nights. It was a perfect stay. The view of the surrounding hills is wonderful and yet close to the old town of Komiźa. Our host Ivo was very kind and helpful. It is a beautiful property for a vacation.
Unbeatable location - directly opposite Lucica Beach, and a couple minutes from Komiza town. If you get the room with a balcony looking over the sea you'll get sunset views, and listen to the waves while you're in bed.
The host is lovely and had recommendations on beaches and restaurants in the area.
The room is in perfect location in Komiza. We booked the sea view and had an incredible view out of both windows overlooking the town, sea and the mountains. The bathroom was excellent and the room also had a mini fridge which was perfect. The terrace looked fantastic overlooking the whole town.
The apartment is located in the heart of the city on the most idillic little streets.. when you enter you can tell right away that the apartment is well taken care of. It is very clean and comfortable. Our host was also very kind and helpful and enabled us a wonderful stay in Komiza.
Wonderful large terrace. Great for breakfast, drying clothes and having dinner while the sun sets. Very kind and friendly host who lives downstairs should you need anything. Only 5 minutes walk to water and even less for the supermarket and bus back and fore to the ferry at Vis Town.
Very friendly host, excellent location, priceless view, super cosy suit on top of the house. We're staying here again if we were to come back to Komiža.
It was so good we wanted to stay for extra night unplanned but sadly it was already booked for the next day.
Fantastic little apartment. Clean. Equipped with all that was needed. Excellent location. Parking for car a plus! Thank you! Hope to stay here again the next time we are in Komiza!
Our hosts were remarkable; super welcoming, and pleasant. The apartment is located within walking distance to everything. It's definitely a great spot for a chill time in Komiza.
Great little apartment, very clean and neat, great location, in the very center of the old part of Komiža, very fast responces via messages from the host(s)
