After reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to book a room at this new hotel. While the facilities are up-to-date, communication with the staff was disappointingly slow. I texted them the evening before my arrival and received no response. The room was quite small and lacked several essential items like hangers, a dustbin, and a kettle for making tea. Additionally, there was nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom, and it was not properly soundproofed—you could hear your neighbor using their bathroom. Overall, my stay was satisfactory but fell short of exceptional.

Very spacy appartment in a quiet street at 15min walk of Ciampino station. Everything was there, though we did not cook (Rome has many great, affordable restaurants) Beds were great, all windows have shutters, great!
