This location refused to honor my reservation.
This location refused to honor my reservation. Very biased behavior. I was dressed very plain. In the process of relocating and opening an office. I think the mgt misjudged me as homeless or poor ? Not sure but the service was horrible. My reservation was refused to re check because it was an hour late...,.noon. Opposed to 11am. Neverminded the fact, I had to leave my office and drive and hour back to the location to check in at noon. Very rude and considering legal action.

Lamar the night manger I think , went out of his way for us and was so kind. This is my hotel when i come into town to visit Northwoods Inn restaurant for events.. thank you for your service's.. Great Hotel.. Be the way Firestone is no longer the exit, it's Valley View the exit from the 5 fwy north coming from Disneyland..

I have visited this hotel several times before the pandemic and was impressed the with rooms and cleanliness. This was my first time visiting post pandemic and I thought the room was a little tired. Faucet on the bath was old, bath tub dirty, and generally could do with a re-paint and refresh.
