The welcome was impressive. You enter by crossing a small bridge and proceed onto a path surrounded by countless palm and citrus trees. Upon arrival you are greeted by a wonderful Belgian host, astonishingly friendly and explains everything about the agriturizmo and the surrounding area. The rooms we had are big, clean and fully air-conditioned. You hear literally nothing while inside and a good sleep is guaranteed. There are animals and farm tools surrounding the agriturizmo and also exotic trees which all make up for an interesting discussion and a fun stay. With the bed and breakfast option you will not be kept hungry in the morning. Excellent breakfast options and superior coffee is also available.

Even if we never met, she was always available on WhatsApp for any questions or requests. The apartment is spacious and private and very well-equipped, including a kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.) and a washing machine.

The host (Vincenzo) was extremely helpful. He told us about the landmarks, restaurants and secured a FREE parking spot for us. The wifi is fast. What a wonderful surprise we had booking into La Casetta Ronco, hosts Gio and Roberta were not only delightful but so very helpful in every way. On arrival they were waiting at the Bus Station to meet us and took us immediately to our house, plus picking us up and delivering us again with suitcases to the Train Station, for the departing journey to Messina. Our accommodation is in the quietest secluded and very safe area of Siracusa and centrally located to all the attractions of this Sicilian City. It is hard to describe the qualities of this couple and accommodation they are both exceptional, another added bonus for us was my pain in my back was killing me and after contacting Roberta at short notice, she had the delightful Mya come to my aide the very next morning without leaving our Casetta. If your looking for an extraordinary memory and experience look no further, this lovely couple go over above to make your stay one forever etched in your memory bank.

The perfect apartment in Ortigia! Immaculata greeted us with hugs and kisses upon arrival, gave us a full review of the apartment with all the interesting history, supplied us with special homemade treats and fresh fruit from her farm, and was available for any questions we had. The location was perfect for us to walk all around Ortigia and Siracusa! Our only regret was having only one night here. We will be back and would definitely return to stay here! Grazie!

In addition our hosts Marta and Maria were extremely helpful. Despite its location, which is close to some beloved tourist hotspots, the apartment is very quiet. Bring pen and paper because you could write a book in this setting! We will be back!

She helped us with dinner reservation and recommended a beautiful, fun boat trip. There were excellent coffee shops on the ground floor and across the alley for breakfast. Secure parking was available only 100 yards away. We highly recommend this fun and romantic place.
