Great value for money, excellent central location, a three star hotel that delivers the experience of a high end boutique city hotel. The decor is quite kitschy but it adds to the lively Italian atmosphere one expects to find in these small charming towns of Italy!
Villa Tuscolana is a luxurious abode built in the 500s, located on the hill above the town of Frascati. Villa Tuscolana offers accommodation with a bar, restaurant, free private parking and a garden.

The location is extraordinary, the hotel itself has a centuries-old history (the foundations were built in the 1600s), the view is very beautiful, and the park is also lovely
Set in the heart of Frascati, this cosy and welcoming 3-star hotel will help you relax in the hills above Rome with friendly service and an on-site restaurant.

We loved the size of the room and the outside terrace. The location was excellent and perfect for a visit to the centre of Frascati. The train station is very close (but you have a climb a lot of steps between the station and the hotel!). The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Old fashioned furniture and nothing ‘chain’ hotel like. Great shower.

Quiet Comfortable and clean the owners don’t bother you and felt very safe .
Very pleased and it did the job for me while attending the Ryder cup .
Black caffe at the end of the street was a good stop off for refreshments at the top of the street 5 min walk .
Set within 8.6 km of Università Tor Vergata and 10 km of Anagnina Metro Station, Antica Terrazza Frascati offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Frascati.

A great family friendly place to visit with lovely walks, shops and friendly people.
A safe feel with many interesting places to discover.
Be careful on parking, some are very expensive.
Best parking is a few moments from Conad supermarket and directly opposite from an Irish bar.
Great eateries, especially Fondi with budget friendly daytime eats or aperitivo menus

Frascati is a fabulous town, which has a village like feel, but with everything a city has. It's a very friendly and helpful community.
The train station is close by and only 35 minutes to Rome.
Your treated like a local after a couple of visits to cafes and restaurants,
which is lovely.
As we walk everywhere, Frascati is a great place for this.
After three visits to this town, I'm sure it won't be our last visit.

Perfect little town to use as a base for visiting Rome and the surrounding area. Great transport links to Rome and Ciampino airport. Great place to escape from the chaos of Rome's tourist scene with plenty of places to eat, drink, explore and relax. Everyone we met was very friendly and kind and the town has a close community feel to it that is very warm and welcoming.

On arriving we spoke to someone at the apartment who called Massimo & he arrived soon after. Frascati is a lovely, friendly town with easy access by train (30 mins) to Rome.
Our room was spacious, airy & very clean. The bathroom was great, plenty of towels & the shower always very hot.
The shared kitchen was very handy. Our safety deposit box did not work but we got by without. Massimo was looking to have it fixed.
Thankyou Massimo for your lovely accommodation.

Wonderful place to visit and can be used to explore Rome by commuting by train. The town is renowned for its excellent food with many great restaurants, e.g. La Bottega Frascatana. There are also very nice boutique shops with quality and original items. The weather is usually great and the air is fresh compared to much more polluted Rome.

Frascati is a wonderful quaint old town with a little piazza
There are many restaurants all serving really good authentic food
The trains from Frascati to Rome termini run every hour 2hours on a Sun) the journey is roughly 40mins.
A hidden gem in Frascati.
Warm welcome, clear instructions, great location both for Frascati and train station for Rome.
I’m a holiday home owner myself (different website) and extremely fussy!
This place did not disappoint.
It was spotlessly clean, had a coffee machine, cereals, every confection you might need for an Italian breakfast (and fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle. We were going to a wedding and it had a much needed fabulous iron!)
Great Wi-Fi !
Great value!
What’s not to like????
Excellent location in the centre of Frascati (if you arrive by car, you can't drive up to the hotel as it lies in a zone with restricted traffic, so check upfront) near restaurants and bars, but still in a quiet neighbourhood. Although the classic furnishing isn't exactly our thing, it certainly fits in the building and was done with an eye for detail. Large bathroom and relatively large bedroom, but the floors weren't entirely clean (quite some spots both in the bathroom and in the bedroom).
Our host was very helpful. We needed to know the weight of our luggage and he took us to the hardware store next door and weighed it for us. He also has a wonderful restaurant right downstairs where we ate two of our three nights. Parking was provided. It was walkable to the train station to get to Rome in 35 minutes.
The panoramic views are breathtaking and the location is key. Can be to Rome within a short drive, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the night. Also, the wines are fantastic and so is the family that operates the vineyard. The apartment was ample and had everything that was needed.
Very well located. My room had access to a terrace with a marvelous view to the city down the hill. Was very quiet. The breakfast was good, there were a variety of food to choose from and good coffee. The hotel gives discounts for ESA guests but only if one books it through them.
Very relaxing countryside house and great dog! The host even offered the ingredients and recipe to cook your own home-made pasta. The Frascati wine was delicious and the vinyl collection goes great with the atmosphere.
Super clean. Spotlessly clean. Recently renovated rooms. Big and neat front and back yard. Parking in the gated yard. Convenient for going to the area east of Rome. Competitive price. A very good value.
Location was fine (calm, near railway station and city center, not far from the park which I used for running). Room was quite large. Breakfast was based on own choice of food available (large choice).
Spacious accomodation close to science park of Frascati and walking distance to city. Modern rooms and useful kitchen. Good coffee from vending machine in the basement at reasonable price.
Price and location. Staff very helpful. Good value for the price. Breakfast is good, again needs to be put in perspective of price. I paid 75 euro the night when others hotels wanted 200.
