Coffee and other drinks offered for free at the lobby, Our flight was about 10 hours after the check out so we used the luggage keeping and even there everything was very carefully thought of, automatic safe doors that will be locked/unlocked by yourself so you don't need to wait for a staff member to do it.

There were very friendly staff, furniture decoration was selected as I thought, our room 5 was a park view.

Situated in Budapest, a 5-minute walk from the Great Market Hall, Hotel Memories OldTown offers a wellness area with a fitness centre. The location was amazing- very central and one could walk anywhere from there. The room we got was clean and spacious, the breakfast was nice, they even offer snacks throughout the day at the breakfast area. The most striking thing, however, was the service- it was immaculate! We were treated with utmost respect, the staff was very polite and helpful at any point of the day and we were truly blown away by their service! All in all, great experience! Very grateful to the staff for the wonderful weekend!
