Lovely place on the top of a hill looking over Florence. Staff amazing and very accommodating making sure we had a taxi at 5am for the airport. Everything is luxurious. Restaurant was one of the best meals we had in Italy.

Situated in the residential area of Careggi, this 3-star hotel occupies a quiet position yet within easy reach of the historical and commercial centre of Florence. the staff was really nice. We`ve been in a hurry and left the camera. Boxed and send me home.

Terletak di utara Florence, Residence Leopoldo berjarak 100 meter dari halte trem T1 untuk Stasiun Kereta Santa Maria Novella. Lovely apartment hotel . Spacious and very comfortable . Staff especially Gina was great.Communication was clear and very helpful via the booking.com chat . Attention to detail was second to none, to the point where even baby soap and shampoo was provided . Location is great , 12 min by tram to the city centre .There is a a tram station about 200m from the apartment . There was ample clean Linen and fresh towels with a nice coffee machine and kettle too.
