Hotel Orto de' Medici is such a stunning hotel but it is the history behind the hotel that really exceeded our exceptions! Such a historical hotel which is around 10 minute walk from the city centre - especially Duomo church. The check in process was easy and the receptionist helped us with our luggage for early check in so we can continue exploring Florence. The room we got was a quiet, comfortable which a lot of space for luggage. The bathroom was clean, and their bath products were amazing! I loved all their Olive Oil products :) Breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast affair but the food was fresh and the attendants were very polite and always happy to help the guests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and I can't wait to visit this hotel again.

The whole feeling of the place is perfect. Classical, quiet, relaxing. Elegant. We have stayed here several times and at this point can't imagine staying anywhere else in Florence. The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful, remembered us from 2019, and start to feel almost like old friends. Really great place to stay.
