The host is a lovely, adorable and warm person. We stayed for two weeks in French Polynesia and in some fancy hotels. However, this place was by far the best in terms of feeling welcome and feeling the warmth of Polynesian people. The bungalow is super clean, modern and has a range of cooking facilities. The host prepared us some wonderful dinner for a very reasonable price that we enjoyed with a most beautiful view of Papeete. The host also picked us up at the airport and dropped us off again in the middle of the night for our flight home. It was just the perfect way of finishing our holiday.

We were greeted with fresh pineapple juice and got shown all the facilities. Also, the place is close to a super market, a gas station, a bakery and so much more, where you can fill up all supplies that you need. You can use the fridge and have breakfast right there. The room itself was very clean, spacious, good AC and a TV - in case you need that.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Cleanliness and comfort was excellent. Everything provided in the modern kitchen. Proximity to banks, supermarket, and roulottes (food trucks). Only an easy half hour walk into town. Attention and help from Fred, our host. Fred would book our taxis, tours, and recommend places to eat, etc, and laid out continental breakfasts for us to our surprise. Tara Tahiti Lodge is a must for anyone visiting Papeete.

Martine is a great host, she gave me tons of recommendations and valuable information. She even helped get a car rental. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom too. The breakfast was lovely, I recommend this guesthouse.

All rooms Le Relais Fenua Tahiti include a safety deposit box, minibar and hairdryer. Wi-Fi access is available in every room. Our stay was perfect here, it is better than the pictures. Great breakfast and lovely people.
