The stylish Crans Ambassador features a spa area with indoor pool and panoramic views, a terrace with fireplace and a restaurant, located in Crans-Montana. Staff were excellent especially the lovely concierge team. appreciated the shuttle service.

The owner-run Hotel Splendide is located about a 3-minute walk from the centre of Crans-sur-Sierre and 400 metres from the cable car, and offers panoramic mountain views. The stuff is very helpful. Location was perfect.

Set on 2,112 metres above the sea level and overlooking the Rhone Valley and the Alpine summits, from the Matterhorn to the Mont-Blanc, the chetzeron is a former cable car station transformed into a... Great location. Excellent breakfast.

Hostellerie du Pas de l'Ours is peacefully located in a stylish chalet in Crans Montana, in the Swiss Alps. Another great example of Relais&Chateau in terms of premisses. A wooden Chalet, with stunning views. I was on a 4500km drive trip across Europe with my son and stayed in about 10 four to five star hotels. Whilst post Covid, the Hospitality sector has suffered from huge drainage of staff and service quality has dropped to an all time low, Hostellerie du Pas de l’Ours has an absolutely top notch service throughout all departments! They are truly guest centric and are a beacon of what true hospitality is! congrats to the Management and everyone of the team members! A special mention to Remy, who has made the impossible possible, yes this still exists and he is the role model for it!
