Spacious room, very nice amenities, good cleaning service for the room (several times per day), spectacular views towards the ocean and Gomera, excellent hotel location, in a quiet area (very good to have it in Tenerife these days), very nice pool area (several pools, some of them heated) and pool bar (thanks Justin for the drink service), excellent restaurants (thanks Ana-Maria, Luis and Jose Luis for a very good and discrete service) with a good variety of foods and wines, nice and very useful reception service (thank you, Cristina!), spacious underground parking. Not the first time in Tenerife and all in all I can say that this hotel is probably one of the best on the island and fully deserves its stars.

This attractive complex offers elegant apartments with a balcony and kitchen, set around a heated outdoor pool and sun terrace. La Pinta Beach is just 100 metres away. Free Wi-Fi is provided. We had a lovely big two floor apartment with a big balcony and a jacuzzi. 2 rooms in the upper floor with joined bathrooms. They clean every day. The hotel pool is nice and quiet and a bit heated. The staff was really nice and helpful in everything we needed. The location is great just up the stairs from the beach. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It has a washing machine that cost 8 euros per wash, but no dryer , you need to hang in your room. They can serve breakfast to your room, we ordered once, it was a bit average.

To je neŝto ŝto ćete veoma retko čuti. Takodje mi se dopalo ŝto je gazda izuzetno ljubazan. Njegova ljubaznost, pored toga ŝto je apartman lepo opremljen, je uticala da se osećam kao da sam kod svoje kuće.

fantastic villa’s with incredible detail and service of the employees. i have been in many 5star hotels but this one is in the topquartile. we booked hp and it was quite in the restaurant but i would highly recommend the almost M* food.

The food was amazing, the facilities great, the atmosphere was very friendly for families. The wifi/Internet works so well that you don't realize you're on an island. The staff is very welcoming and warm. The rooms are very spacious, the beds comfortable, and the villas have mini private gardens with comfy beds in case you want to nap outside and listen to the birds. There are fun facilities like ping pong, billiards, gym, game room, etc. Did I say that the food is awesome? I recommend picking the 'all inclusive' option, it's worth it, especially for families. The location is 20 mins away from the airport. Use a taxi, it's really fast and easy. The cost from/to the South Airport is about 20€, but the drivers expect a 5€ tip. I would recommend to prepare for that, and make sure that you have the exact sum in cash, the drivers don't like to give change. Otherwise, i didn't find any tipping issues on the island.

There is nothing we didn't like. Staff is super welcoming and accommodating, and there was nothing they couldn't arrange (from tennis coach to day trips and nannies). The hotel is beautiful with amazing gardens, pools, and many restaurants to choose from. The beach club (also because of Luis and Javier) was the best for lunch. The kids club is amazing with tons of things to do for the little ones. Especially Gemma was a superstar with the kids; our son kept asking to go back to her. We also enjoyed the spa and tennis court. The whole property was super taken care of and well maintained.

This is easily the most comfortable hotel my girlfriend and I have ever stayed at! Upon check-in, the staff was extremely helpful, storing our bags before our room was ready and offering us champagne—a nice touch. When we entered our room, we were amazed by how comfortable it felt. The bed was just right—not too hard, not too soft—and there was a mini fridge as well. The rooms are relatively quiet, though not completely soundproof. In the morning, the breakfast spread was incredible! They offered fresh fruit, made-to-order eggs, a salad bar, pickled veggies, a fondue station, crepes, meats, cheeses—basically, anything you could want. By the pool, the sun beds were comfortable and plentiful, so we never had to compete for a spot in the sun. The pool temperature was perfect, and the drinks at the bar were excellent. I recommend the Piña Colada; it was very refreshing and a good size. Parking costs about $16 a day and is conveniently located next to the hotel, with a night guard watching the entrance and the front door. Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations, and I'm so glad we chose to stay here!

After reading so many bad reviews about Los Olivos we were worried about this place. But it EXEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and it was a pleasent surprise! Everything was perfect! First of all the check in was at 03.00 pm but they gave us the room earlier without extra charges, that was realy nice after such a long trip we were exhausted, after that we enjoyed free welcoming drinks at Margaritas rooftop. The room was large and bright, all the facilities we needed were already in the room. The location was perfect- close to the beach and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, the room was super clean and there was a large balcony, qute place for a good night rest. We were stayng only 1 nigt but we made a reservation for another 3 nights! There was a great vibe, very relaxing, the facilities were brilliant and we appreciated the fantastic comfortable and spacious rooms with private amenities. Really unique place. Lovely breakfasts and friendly staff everywhere.

Sve je bilo odlično i više od očekivanog. Doručak i večera se služe u prelepom restoranu po vrlo pristupačnim cenama. Osoblje u restoranu profesionalno i veoma ljubazno. Bazeni čisti sa puno ležaljki. Uživali smo u svakom trenutku.
