The El Meco Mayan Ruins is 7 miles from the hotel. Breakfast was very good, fresh food, big variety for any taste. The area of the hotel is very clean and beautiful. The beach is exceptional with white sand and beautiful turquoise water.

Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya offers a children's playground. The area is popular for cycling, and car hire is available at this 5-star resort. Beds and rooms amazing, breakfast good but overpriced, restaurants top quality, all staff friendly and helpfull. Top class hotel!

It was so clean and although the housekeepers were on top of everything, they were never in your way. The staff onsite make you feel like royalty. Breakfast, meals and drinks can be delivered to you room, served at the "family" table or even poolside if you wish. My stay at Xaha was the best part of my trip to Tulum. If you go say hello to my favorite host Ricky. Ricky shared his knowledge about different areas, fun places to visit and would even speak directly to your taxi drivers in Spanish to ensure there was no confusion on our desired destination. I love me Ricky! Also, this place has very tight security. I've never felt safer.
