Everything about this hotel is amazing - the rooms are beautiful, the staff are so lovely, the pools are stunning and the food is (mostly) good. It was our first time staying in an all-inclusive resort so the unlimited drinks and food thing was a real novelty for us! We had a great time. If you're someone who likes lots of activities on holiday there's always plenty to do like volleyball, table tennis etc., and there is always night time entertainment. We only stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer!

The architecture blended with nature was wonderfully well considered. The parks were fun and the night show was beautiful.

Food was great, much more than any other all inclusive resort we have been to. Also, the place is beautiful!!!! Staff is amazing! Especially Karina our consierge who was very helpful and Frida the waiter at the pool who was super friendly! .

The setting situated in the middle of the golf course was excellent. The accommodation was quiet, everywhere was calm and peaceful. Perfect relaxation! The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back again :-)

Palmaia the House of Aia is Paradise. i loved everything about it. The nature is wonderful, the people are caring and loving. The food is amazing and all the activites are very organized.

Turquoize offers guests an adults-only getaway at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. 신혼여행지로 너무 좋은 숙소였습니다. 터코이즈 전용 수영장이 붐비지 않아서 사용하기 좋았습니다. 숙소뷰는 정말 끝내줬습니다.
