The location is superb, the stuff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The design is very authentic. I strongly recommend.

Great location next to the river Arno in the historical centre. The quality of service and staff friendliness were exceptional. I would like to commend the lady at check-in and the concierge!

This hotel was perfect. Everything was clean, it smelled clean, facilities were great. Beautiful restaurant and the food was exceptional. The best thing is they had a smart tv in the room. This is very comforting when you’re in a foreign country and at night all you want to do is watch some tv that you’re used to. The staff were also so very helpful and friendly.
