From the first moments we arrive until the moment we left Yannin and her team treated us wonderfully. They made a special effort to help us celebrate a family birthday. It was a truly fantastic guest experience for us all. Nothing was too much trouble, they made great vegetarian food for us. The food there was first class.

Although there are some areas for improvement, I’ve rated well as the quality vs. price was very good! The quality and decoration of the rooms, the cleaning, etc. was very good! The adult and child pools was great, and not full of drunk loud people. We moved to this hotel and left another booking as their pool was small and full of drunk Americans. Positives for specific staff/teams… The kids club facilities at this hotel are amazing!! The 4 ladies who run the place are fantastic! They looked after our little boy a number of times and kept him well entertained. When he heard our next hotel didn’t have a kids club he wasn’t happy! He absolutely loved the soft play and planned activities like the pirate party and treasure hunts! Emilio at Rodeo Grill was brilliant, he kept our son entertained! The food there was great too. Sahid for pool and outdoor area - first class customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Charlie & Diego the entertainers were super friendly and made our stay extra special. The hotel wasn’t operating at a high capacity. But they made sure they offered a full service of entertainment and bars. Always a difficult balance to strike, but we thought they did really well! Overall, the vast majority of staff were brilliant, the food was good and the hotel is new and well decorated.

Such an amazing experience at this beautiful facility! Staff were incredible. Extremely attentive right from the start!! Went above and beyond for us…. A big shout out to Katia at concierge, Alberto our Butler, Jose, our pool towel gentleman, Ricardo, the drink server around the pool… Carlos, who is another Butler at El Beso, Jonathan and Angel, our servers at the restaurants… and cannot forget about all the workers at the spa! Big shout out to Alfredo and Adela!! Everyone made our experience full of fantastic memories! I will definitely be back again, and again, and again! This is what true VIP services is about!! Everyone always had a smile on their faces, and made the experience so much fun for us.

The beach wasn’t swimmable due to alligators and high seaweed- the water was dark and muddy/murky. So, if your plan is to swim in the beach, plan to travel elsewhere for beach activities.
